Permits and Licenses

CT DEP administers over 150 different types of licenses and permits covering a broad spectrum of activities in the following areas:

NOTICE!!  Please be aware that as of October 1, 2009, pursuant to the recently adopted state budget, fees for most permits and licenses have increased.  (Note: General permits are not subject to the fee increase.) All documents are being updated to reflect the new fees. More Information
